For your sit-down wedding meal, The Barn at Botley Hill will comfortably accommodate 144 guests on long tables. If you would prefer round tables, the capacity will be slightly reduced; please discuss your plans with us and we will be pleased to advise you. For your evening reception, the capacity is 160.
The venue will have a dedicated car park solely for use by the wedding guests. It will be accessed by a private driveway.
Access to The Barn will be from 9am on the day of your wedding. However, if it is not in use on the day before, you will be able to gain access then. This is something we can confirm closer to the date of your wedding.
The hire includes rectangular tables and chairs as well as use of outside seating and tables, all-weather gazebo, wood burner, fire pits, landscaped gardens and wooden terrace and luxurious ladies’ and gents’ cloakrooms.
There is a fully-stocked bar and we will take care of all your drinks, including Champagne and fine wines, according to your chosen budget.
Our caterers will be able to advise you on tableware, linen and glasses, which are usually provided as part of the agreed package.
The Barn is licensed for music until 11.30pm with carriages by 12 midnight. For an additional cost, we can extend this until 12.30am with carriages by 1am. With the extension, we only allow DJ and/or playlist and no live music after 11.30pm.
We can only allow our authorised caterers to cater for your event, however, when it comes to other suppliers, such as florists, photographers and videographers, we offer a list of recommended companies, but you are welcome to choose anyone you wish. However, there are a few requirements, such as insurance, which are all explained in the terms and conditions you will be provided with as part of the information pack.
