Botley Hill’s luxury North Downs Shepherd Huts are fully equipped with the necessities of modern life but with an old world charm that will delight and inspire. They offer a unique countryside stay experience and have received glowing reviews from the likes of Surrey Life magazine.
Each shepherd hut has been hand-crafted in Somerset to our specification, with stunning interiors in a Shaker-style theme and painted in Farrow & Ball colours. Solid oak flooring and worktops add to the sense of luxury and sheep’s wool insulation keeps the huts cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

With a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, power shower, log burner, luxury bathroom and fire pit, these are not your average shepherd huts.
The North Downs Shepherd Huts are spacious and come equipped with a wood burner, kitchenette, mini fridge, toilet, shower and sofa-cum-bed. Luxury towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.
