We are so delighted that you have chosen The Barn at Botley Hill and we are here to help make your wedding day the perfect day.

To help you on your way, we have put together a checklist of things to do, so you can get organised and enjoy the planning process, without it becoming too daunting.

Just remember, we are always here to help if you need us.

You have plenty of time, but best to get a few of the big tasks ticked off that ‘to do’ list!

Speaking of lists – there are some great online ways to help you keep organised. Take a look at Google Sheets ‘Wedding Planner’ spreadsheet as an example, to help you keep all the information in one place, as well as put it in an ‘easy to compare’ format. Or perhaps you’d prefer a good old-fashioned notebook.

Perhaps not the most romantic or exciting task on the list, but have you insured your engagement and wedding rings? It’s worth looking into.

Look into the different wedding insurance options and purchase the best cover for you.

Do you need help with your planning? If you do, you could consider finding a wedding planner.

Have you chosen your wedding party yet?

Consider your entertainment options – are you looking for a band or a DJ in the evening? Do you want any other entertainment options for your ceremony or drinks reception?

Save the date cards to be sent to your nearest and dearest to ensure they can be with you on your big day.
